[ Sherlock has no idea he traveled to so many different worlds beyond that strange one with impossible landscapes (if that had been another world at all) and one with an endless expanse of water and islands on the backs of giant leviathans. When he returns to his own world or that world of endless water, all those memories disappear. There is no trace left.

Here in Japan though? All of his blocked memories of those times flood his mind, drowning him with a sharp pain that ultimately makes him lose consciousness. It's not the first time that regaining a memory makes Sherlock pass out.

So... there is a young man in western attire face down on the ground and making no attempt to get up. Who knows how long he's been there? ]
